I’d like commend you guys for the good work you are doing. But I do think you should try an let more people outside the literary field into kwani, they could have mor to contribute than you know. for example the intern posts,in my opinion should not only be for those with degrees in journalism, you could try and include journalism students especially those in their final year so that they get a feel of what their careers entail. You could also offer say free tickets to these students to attend some of the many events you guys happen to organise. this in addition to being a learning experiaense for the students, is a way of showing kwani’s continued support in nurturing young talent.
